A special exhibition held by Technogym, the world leader in gym equipment, showcased Gustavo Martini as one of 40 top designers invited to customize the Bench, with all profits donated to UNICEF.
His design concept, characterized by a dynamic interplay of black and white lines, creates a mesmerizing flat pattern. Each stroke contributes to a visual rhythm, occasionally interrupted by a glitch, harmonizing balance and movement. The bench has been featured in prominent design magazines such as Living, Wallpaper, Vogue, and Interni.
It was first presented in Milan, where it received significant acclaim, leading to its selection as one of five projects showcased during the 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen. Later that year, it was again featured alongside another select group of five at the London Design Festival, marking a remarkable achievement to be celebrated in such prestigious settings.
